Dr. Dallas Wood is a human performance scientist with over 30 years of experience in the human performance and sports rehabilitation fields. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and his Master’s from the University of Virginia. Dallas earned his PhD in Human Movement Sciences from Old Dominion University, where his research focused on optimizing physical performance and resilience in demanding occupational environments.

Throughout his career, Dr. Wood has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in developing innovative high-performance and rehabilitative programs. He brings deep expertise in performance assessment protocols, particularly in understanding the effects of body mass and load carriage on fitness outcomes in elite military populations. His research, including studies on Naval Special Warfare operators, has been published in peer-reviewed journals and continues to shape evidence-based strategies for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and operational success.
