Niko Mihic

MD, CFPC

Dr. Niko Mihic is the Chief Medical Advisor for Real Madrid CF, having previously served as the club’s Director of Medical Services from 2017 to 2023. With more than 30 years of medical experience in Spain and Canada, he brings exceptional expertise to sports medicine, executive health, and international healthcare consulting.

In addition to his role with Real Madrid, Dr. Mihic serves as Director of the Executive Health Program at Hospital de Madrid, physician for the British Air Force and the American Section NATO, and Medical Advisor for Air France and KLM. He has also served as Medical Advisor to the European Space Agency.

His work has earned him numerous distinctions, including being named one of Forbes’ Top 25 Healthcare Influencers in Spain, as well as receiving the honors of the Knights of Malta and the Grand Cross.

Dr. Mihic earned his MD and CFPC from Laval University in Quebec City and McGill University in Montreal. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, he is known for his global perspective and dedication to excellence in healthcare.
